Shipment times may vary during holidays. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-5 days. All custom orders vary with shipping times. Additional time may be needed for shipments to international addresses. All international delivery dates are an estimate. Packages take time to pass through customs, especially jewelry and accessories. Once a package has passed through customs in your country, the local post office should be contacted with the tracking number provided by Stella and Bow to get additional information. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the local customs office should be contacted for more information. Items available for PRE ORDER will ship during the time frame supplied by Stella and Bow.

As for the return policy, full priced returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery to your door. Please note, ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, and all sale items are FINAL SALE.
